Annotation:
|
An almost wordless picture book that shows what happens
when a group of forest animals’ play with a child’s red had and all that is
left is a long red string.
|
|
Personal Reaction:
|
Love the facial expressions on the animals and the
words that make up the sounds they make when each has a turn playing with the
hat. My favorite is when the child
discovers the long red string and creates something for each of the animals
as well as a new hat for himself.
Children will love this part as well and I can foresee them wanting to
do something for the animals in their neighborhood.
