Annotation:
Two traditional Mother Goose Nursery Rhymes that have been combined by a master of tales. With his unique illustrations and twist on the Nursery Rhymes make the picture book a unique introduction to alternative traditional stories.
Personal Reaction:
Nursery Rhymes were traditionally shared to scare children into behaving…while some of the illustrations can be scary, others are fun. The more modern twist does not provide the scare factor, but I feel lessons will be learned as well.
