Curious George Goes To The Aquarium. Written & Illustrated by Margret Rey and Alan J. Shalleck

Rey, Margret, and Alan J. Shalleck. Curious George Goes To The Aquarium. Boston: Houghton Mifflin, 1984. Print. 30 pages.

Age Group:
1 to 4 years
Book Format:
Picture Book
Annotation:
The Man in the Big Yellow Hat and George go to the aquarium and naturally George gets in trouble.  He jumps into the Seal tank and ends up being the star attraction.
Personal Reaction:
Great story that brings back memories from my younger days. The thing I do not like is the fact that the illustrations are very grainy as they were taken from the video stills.  I would have preferred to see more vivid pictures to attract the attention of the young readers.
