Age Group:
 6 months-4 years
Book Format:
 Picture Book
Annotation:
A picture book story about a pair of shoes progressing from being brand new to traveling to another country providing foot ware for other children.  The story is being told from the point of view of the shoes with illustrations in this “Green View” introduction that will have the young reader thinking about how to help others.
Personal Reaction:
We need more books like this, as children need to learn how to be Green. Understanding how an old pair of shoes or other item can help those in need is so important in our throw away world.  While the basic wording is important, the story can still be told with the illustrations.
