Annotation:
 When a young boy grows up and packs for college, he packs his old toys to be placed in the attic. Mom picks up the wrong bag and takes it to the garbage cans.  When the toys come alive they must escape the garbage truck and find their way home. This picture book is for a beginning reader with new vocabulary highlighted in bold letters.  
Personal Reaction:
 While being familiar with the story and the movie, quite disappointed with the quality of the illustrations.  Young readers familiar with the movie will notice the lower quality of the illustrations.
